All patterns sold on the Platform are digital downloads. Once a purchase is completed and the file has been downloaded, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review pattern details carefully before purchasing.
Patterns sold through the Platform are the intellectual property of their respective designers. Purchasing a pattern grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to use the pattern. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any purchased pattern.
Designers listing patterns on the Platform are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of their content. The Platform acts as a marketplace and does not endorse or guarantee any specific pattern.
All transactions are processed securely through PayPal. The Platform charges a percentage-based fee on each sale, which is deducted before designer payouts. Prices are shown in the designer's listed currency.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misuse the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
